Born and raised in the Australian outback Tim’s spent the past five decades honing his guiding skills. Specialized in leading travel expeditions though Samoa he’s passionate about sharing his knowledge and deep respect of the land with island visitors.
An authentic Bushwalker, he prides himself in preserving the cultural integrity of the island refusing to conform to commercial tours and canned excursions.
Having set hiking records in Tasmania, Tim’s challenged his climbing skills cresting Mount Cook, New Zealand’s highest peak, before spending a year on Macquarie Island with the Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition (ANARE).

His time with ANARE strengthened his deep respect for soft-adventure that only deepened as he explored Canada’s high Arctic Islands before moving to Alberta and a life of adventure in the Canadian Rockies.
Recently retired from his day job, Tim now splits his time between his island paradise in Samoa and the seasonally tropical heat of Canada’s Okanagan valley.
