At The Samoan Highland Retreat we strive to preserve paradise and encourage others to join us. We do this by considering the choices we make, and by choosing to support the people who live traditionally and honestly in the bounty of abundance that is Samoa.

Well off the beaten tourist track, Samoa’s a Polynesian paradise enshrined in the Fa’a Samoan way of life. That it was chosen to host the 19th Season of Survivor speaks to the mystique and magnificence of the islands.
Throughout history Samoa has wooed many adventurers, including Jeff Probst host of Survivor who adds the hidden gem to his list of top ten travel destinations. The islands were also the chosen homeland, and final resting place, of adventure novelist Robert Louis Stevenson, author of the epic “Treasure Island”.

And right now, the crew and contestants of Survivor Australia are busy filming and adventuring somewhere on these magnificent islands increasing awareness of our tropical and unspoiled terrain.
